1. Coordination of accountability processes

2. Production Bi-annual, thrice-monthly(9months) and annual financial statements

3. Tracking of locally raised revenues (Agency Fee and LST) through e-banking alerts.

4. Co-ordination and Reporting of quarterly financial reports timely

5. Warranting and Invoicing monthly and quarterly  salaries and other grants

6. Payroll audit to establish LST levels.

7. Budget preparation

Administration

Mandates of Administration Department.

1. Provide leadership in public policy formulation, management, and good governance for better service delivery.

2. Facilitate and support the political leadership for effective and efficient performance of their Constitutional and Administrative responsibilities.

3. To Develop, Interpret, Manage, and Administer Human Resources, public policies, and systems for efficient and effective service delivery.
